We are looking for comparisons of sales compensation as a percent of gross profit.  As compensation we included salary, payroll tax, commission/bonus and company paid benefits which include health insurance and 401K match. If anyone could respond with how their company sales compensation may compare or how you handle sales compensation we would appreciate.
