2027 NPFDA Annual Convention and Showcase

Show dates are Tuesday, January 26 through Wednesday evening, January 27

For a list of attendees after registration opens, click the "attendees" button (log in required). Most attendees arrive Sunday/Monday and depart Thursday/Friday.

Each registration includes:

  • One pass to the IPPE Expo, held in Atlanta over the same dates as our convention, for each valid, unique email address provided. IPPE is January 26-28, 2027.
  • Monday, 1:00 - 5:00 pm - Foundation Trustee Meeting, NPFDA Finance Committee, NPFDA Board of Directors
  • Monday, Noon - 5:00 pm - Registration, ticket, and name badge pick up
  • Tuesday, 10:00 am - 1:30 pm - NPFDA Annual Protein Buyers Showcase, featuring products and services to benefit or showcase your business
  • Tuesday - 60th Anniversary Event
  • Wednesday, 8:00 - 10:00 am - Industry breakfast featuring Stephanie Stuckey. Individual and Company tables available.
  • Wednesday, 4:30 - 6:30 pm - NPFDA Member of the Year and Lifetime Achievement Award Reception plus Live Pledge Drive
  • All show - Hospitality suites and meeting rooms at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta featuring NPFDA member companies. List available in the app and onsite.
  • All show - Access to our Connections Lounge, a quiet setting for business and conversation
  • All show - Evening reception and networking events … meet your clients, vendors and partners for cocktails and fellowship
  • All show - Silent Auction to benefit the NPFDA Scholarship Foundation

Non-member company attendees. Advance Registration is available until 12/10/2026. To update, change or cancel your registration, contact NPFDA staff. Prices increase as of 12/18/2026. Cancellations received on or before December 10 will receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds after December 10. Registration Ends 1/15/27 at 11:59 PM EST

2027 Room Block Instructions

Please make room reservations individually after you have registered for the 2027 NPFDA Annual Convention and Showcase unless the following conditions apply.

If your company needs more than 10 rooms under one company block at the host property AFTER your representatives have registered for the Convention: designate one primary contact person and one company credit card for use prior to sending the information below to NPFDA staff. Limit is 20 rooms, no more than 5 of which may be your industry clients/guests.

    1. Complete registration for all company representatives.
    2. Download the room block template from the registration confirmation e-mail.
    3. Complete the template, including name, email, dates, room type and company address.
    4. Email to staff with name and number of your company contact.
    5. Upon receipt and confirmation of registrations, staff will contact you for a corporate credit card to be used as a guarantee on the room block.
    6. Do not send card information with the list. Staff will enter it into the Hyatt system to connect all the rooms in your company block while on the phone with your company representative.

    ****NPFDA is not responsible for managing your sub-block of room reservations. Please read the cancellation policies carefully.

    Opportunities to contribute to the NPFDA Scholarship Foundation

    This year, the NPFDA Scholarship Foundation awarded $220,000 in scholarships to forty-four outstanding students. Eligible applicants are employees of NPFDA member companies or dependents of an employee of an NPFDA member company enrolled full-time at a US-based college or university or a graduating high school senior pursuing a college degree in the fall or attending graduate school. We hope to raise funds for 60 scholarships in 2027.

     

      • Live Pledge Drive. Check in with your company now to secure approval to pledge to support the Scholarship Foundation during the Annual Convention.
      • Donate to support the Silent Auction.
      • Experience our very own Cigar Roller onsite during the Showcase Tuesday morning.
      • Each registration suggests a $25 donation to the Foundation. Thank you!

    The International Production and Processing Expo (IPPE) is held at the Georgia World Congress Center and is a separate event from the NPFDA Annual Convention. More information can be found here. Registrants for the NPFDA Annual Convention receive complimentary registration.
