All suppliers are required to submit quality control certification that they adhere to all USDA, FDA and USDC guidelines and procedures. When a product is received at our dock each case receives a bar code that gives us complete traceability through the supply chain. All cold rooms (coolers, freezers, and holding rooms) are continually monitored for temperature variances. Our delivery trailers are cleaned and sanitized to make sure there are no contaminates during the travel period.
