Open NPFDA Events

• Spring Exchange Meeting, 2028 - Mid-April, Sunday to Wednesday - High interest in warm weather, starred resorts (avoid Masters Week). Emphasis in the SE
• Fall Meeting, 2027 - Mid-September, Sunday to Wednesday - High interest in cooler weather, interesting locales near an NPFDA member company. Golf Scramble required. National locations open.

• Commissionable to Meeting Advantage

Around 2,500 feet of meeting space in crescents; in-house AV okay; 2 breakfasts; 2 full bar receptions; up to 80 attendees at receptions; 65-70 in meeting space.

Convention and Visitors Bureaus that are members of GSAE, SCSAE or FSAE and meet the criteria will receive separate notification of the RFP through Meeting Advantage. Properties meeting the location criteria that have previously expressed interest in an NPFDA meeting but have no CVB representation and national representatives who may represent an appropriate property will also be included.

Current process: NPFDA staff and Meeting Advantage will review responses and perform a site visit for finalists.  Once due diligence has been performed, NPFDA’s President | CEO will make recommendations to the Meetings & Showcase Advisory Council.  Ideally, the final decision will be made a year before the event.
