Convention and Visitors Bureaus that are members of GSAE, SCSAE or FSAE and meet the criteria will receive separate notification of the RFP through Conference Direct.  Properties meeting the distance criteria that have previously expressed interest in an NPFDA meeting but have no CVB representation and national representatives who may represent an appropriate property will also be included.

NPFDA staff and Conference Direct will review responses and perform a site visit if necessary.  Once due diligence has been performed, NPFDA’s President | CEO will make recommendations to the Meetings & Showcase Advisory Council.  Ideally, the final decision will be made a year before the event.
