Showcase Exhibit Booths: Set up is Monday, January 25, 2027, 2 pm - 5 pm and Tuesday, January 26, 7 am - 10 am.  Showcase hours are 10:00 am - 1:30 pm on Tuesday, January 26, 2027.  All buyers are welcome to attend. This year's showcase includes lunch. One cocktail ticket per registered attendee is included. 

Your 10’ X 10’ Booth Includes:

• 1 - 8’ high Backwall Drape - Blue / Kelly Green
• 2 - 3’ high Sidewall Drape - Blue
• 1 - 6’ Draped Table - Blue
• 2 - Side Chairs
• 1 - Wastebasket
• 7” x 44” Booth ID Sign displaying exhibitor’s company name and booth number

Note: No Substitutions allowed on the standard booth package items

• Corner booths only come with 1 side drape (unless requested)
• Island booths do not come with backwall, sidewall or and ID Sign ( Unless ordered at exhibitor’s expense)
• The Exhibit floor is carpeted.

Cancellation Fee for exhibits:  A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations on or before December 10, 2026.  There is no refund after December 10, 2026.

Media Release: NPFDA uses photographs and videos of events in its promotional materials. Unless this permission is revoked in writing to the NPFDA, by virtue of your attendance all conference visitors, attendees, and exhibitors agree to having pictures and video taken and used in such promotional materials.
