Fieldale Farms Honors Employee with its Katie Hatfield Pursuit of Excellence Award
GAINESVILLE, Ga. — Fieldale Farms has announced the recipient of its prestigious Katie Hatfield Pursuit of Excellence Award. This award is presented annually to further process facility employees who demonstrate exceptional dedication, commitment, and outstanding contributions to the company.
This year, Fieldale recognizes Michael A Mason as the deserving recipient of this award. Mason has consistently exhibited excellent performance and has been a true asset to our organization, the company said, adding that he joined the team in August 2019 as a jack driver ensuring his co-workers had a steady supply of materials for their daily production. Since then, he aids in the training of new jack drivers and has expanded his coverage area to ensure his team’s performance.
