Fieldale Farms Names New President

BALDWIN, GA (10/19/26) - Fieldale Farms Corporation has announced that John Wright, currently Chief
Operating Officer, will become President effective January 1, 2027, succeeding longtime President Tom
Hensley, who will retire at the end of the year following 50 years of dedicated service.
Wright will join Fieldale's Board of Directors on December 9, 2026, and work closely with Hensley throughout
the remainder of the year to ensure a smooth leadership transition
