REGULAR REGISTRATION opens August 18, 2025. Get connected with over 1,100 NPFDA members at NPFDA's largest annual event in Atlanta, GA over the same dates as the IPPE Expo.
Show dates are Tuesday, January 27 through Wednesday evening, January 28. Most attendees arrive Sunday/Monday and depart Thursday/Friday.

Each registration includes:
- One pass to the IPPE Expo, held in Atlanta over the same dates as our convention, for each valid, unique email address provided. IPPE is January 27-29, 2026.
- Monday - Committee, Board, and Foundation Trustee Meetings
- Tuesday, 11 am - 3:00 pm - NPFDA Annual Protein Buyers Showcase, featuring products and services to benefit or showcase your business
- Tuesday afternoon - New Member Happy Hour and Chair's Reception
- Wednesday, 8:00 am - 10:00 am - Opportunity to attend our industry breakfast featuring a nationally-known industry speaker
- Wednesday late afternoon - NPFDA Member of the Year and Lifetime Achievement Award Reception
- All show - Exclusive access to reserve hospitality suites and meeting rooms at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta, on availability, through NPFDA
- All show - Access to our “Connections Lounge”, a quiet setting for business and conversation
- All show - Evening receptions and networking events … meet your clients, vendors and partners for cocktails and fellowship
- All show - Silent Auction to benefit the NPFDA Scholarship Foundation
- Opportunity to reserve accommodations at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta and nearby hotels, accessible to NPFDA members only

2026 Room Block Instructions
Please make room reservation individually after you have registered for the 2026 NPFDA Annual Convention and Showcase.
If your company needs more than 10 rooms under one company block at the host property AFTER your representatives have registered for the Convention: designate one primary contact person and one company credit card for use prior to sending the information below to NPFDA staff.
- Complete the excel template spreadsheet (available after registration).
- No more than 5 of 20 rooms may be reserved for nonmembers.
- NPFDA staff will forward the Excel spreadsheet to the Hyatt Regency Atlanta.
- The Hyatt Regency will send a link with instructions to complete the reservation process.
- Due to PCI compliance and credit card company rules, NPFDA will not take credit card information for room reservations.
If your representatives need to use multiple credit cards, please have them reserve their room individually.
