Chicken Marketing Summit 2026: Celebrating the protein moment

Discover how changing perceptions of health and nutrition trends are shaping consumer demand.

Protein is having a moment. Government recommendations on the type and quantity of foods that American consumers should eat have changed. Consumption of so-called "ultra-processed foods" is being discouraged in favor of minimally processed foods that are lean and high in protein with "clean labels." In addition, approximately 12% of U.S. adults are using or have used GLP-1 drugs, and usage of these drugs is expected to increase as costs decline, making them affordable to more people.

Make plans to attend the 2026 Chicken Marketing Summit July 27-29 at the Innisbrook Resort in Palm Harbor, Florida, to explore how these changes are impacting consumers' food purchases and how chicken processors, retailers and restaurants can adapt and thrive.

Registration is now open, with early bird savings until May 31.

Agenda highlights

The Chicken Marketing Summit is geared toward the interests of poultry marketing and sales executives; retail supermarket/c-store and foodservice buyers, brand marketers, and culinary/product development; allied industry sales and marketing executives, distributors and more.

The 2026 executive conference will feature the theme "The Protein Moment." By attending, you'll discover how protein-first eating, clean-label preferences and GLP-1 drugs are transforming consumer demand and how the chicken industry can win.

Keynote speaker Kevin Ryan, founder and CEO of Malachite Strategy and Research, will open the conference on July 27 with his presentation, "The GLP-1/high-protein consumer opportunity for chicken."
