Peco Foods names Adkins as Brooksville plant manager

A 10-year veteran of Peco Foods, Amanda Adkins will assume new leadership position in Brooksville, Mississippi.
Peco Foods, the eighth largest poultry producer in the United States, has announced Amanda Adkins as plant manager of Peco’s Brooksville, Mississippi, processing plant.
Responsible for the plant’s daily management, Adkins will oversee all operations including the safe and efficient management of processing and storage.
