Perdue Farms hires new exec to lead operations

SALISBURY, MD. — Kevin McAdams was named president of Perdue Foods and chief operating officer of Perdue Farms on July 18.
The company said he would report to Randy Day, Perdue Farms’ chief executive officer.
McAdams previously worked at Jack Links protein snacks where he served as president of North America.
