Tyson acquires sausage company

SPRINGDALE, ARK. – Tyson Foods Inc. announced on Feb. 20, the acquisition of Union City, Tenn.-based Willliams Sausage Co., a processor of fresh and fully cooked sausage, bacon, sandwiches and other foods for the retail segment.
