Wingstop’s NBA partnership wins over chicken fans
Wingstop became the Official Chicken Partner of the National Basketball Association (NBA) in 2024, inking a multiyear partnership with the professional sports league.
The chicken foodservice brand was recently named a finalist for the 2025 Chicken Marketer of the Year. This award recognizes excellence in marketing and public relations campaigns in keeping chicken as the protein on the center of the plate.

This one-of-a-kind event will feature two content tracks. The first will focus on consumers and how technology impacts them, while the second will look at the impact new technologies have from an operational standpoint for chicken companies, retail and foodservice.

Betting big on live sports
With the partnership, Wingstop will have virtual and courtside signage during nationally televised broadcasts and appear on digital and social platforms for the league throughout the season. The wing chain will also have a significant presence at NBA All-Star Games, as well as become the presenting partner of the Ruffles NBA All-Star Celebrity Game Green Carpet.
